If you are looking for loans because you need to borrow money than you will basically have to choose between secured loans and unsecured loans. If you are a home owner than you can show collateral and apply for a secured loan, but if you do not own any real estate than your second options would be the unsecured tenant loan.
They are called unsecured because you are not using any collateral to make up for the risk. Loan companies usually ask collateral because they want to be sure they see a return on their investment and if they do not ask for collateral than they will increase the interest rate. The amount of money you can borrow will depend on your personal finance and your fico score but it will range between 1k and 35k. if you have a high income and low expenses than your personal finance is considered healthy and your FICO score will be very high. High scores often get beneficial interest rates and you are also able to borrow more money. If you have a lower income and already multiple loans or credit cards than your FICO score will be very low and you will not be able to borrow money or if you do, the terms will not be beneficial for you.
If you are planning to apply for loans for tenants with bad credit history than you have to prepare yourself for paying very high interest. Loan companies will always look at your personal finance and if you are able to obtain another loan. In general you will be able to borrow less money if you have high expenses every month. If loan companies don’t believe that you are able to repay the monthly installments every month than they will not provide a loan at all. You also have to consider that if you have a history of bad credit that you will have to pay more interest compared to when you have a healthy finance.
As a tenant it is in most cases possible to borrow money but you want to be sure that you are able to repay all the monthly repayments and still have money left to live a normal life. You can obtain an unsecured loan for tenants within minutes but you end up repaying them for several years.
