Do You Need a Money Making Opportunity?
February 17, 2010 – 6:11 pmA lot of websites out there present various ideas about how to make money, from selling things on ebay to writing freelance articles for pennies per word. But how do you separate the scams and the hype from the genuine opportunities? How do you know what is worth pursuing and what is really not?
Well after doing a fair bit of real world research, I can confidently tell you that you do not want to work from home stuffing envelopes. There is a system out there by which you can get paid to do this, and the work is actually real, but the real hourly wage that you will experience is so low as to make this practically a scam. Unless you have a dozen trained robots that require no maintenance and can do your bidding for you, don’t try to go this route. Of course, if you have a dozen robots that can stuff envelopes, then you have other ways you can make real money, no?
For a real money making opportunity, I found two systems to actually generate real coin for me: one is what I mentioned earlier about writing freelance articles. I have made over 50 bucks per day doing this, but it is not much fun. You have to sit there and write type like a madman and it can be quite grueling. If you have the television on or you are trying to multitask then you are not going to pull in 50 bucks per day. It takes hard work to produce the income, but if you can type fast and concentrate, the money is quite real.
The other opportunity I found was to build up my own web properties, add articles to them, promote them heavily, and then run advertising on them. This has worked well for me but it has been a long journey of several years that was anything but easy work.
